monster cheat!

omg.  i just destroyed the royal fork buffet in fargo.  ungh.  actually, i don’t feel that terrible, but i way overdid it.  I started off with a giant salad of fantastic greens, spinach, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, cucumbers, delicious red onions, a few raisins, cottage cheese, four prunes because they were there!  It was great.  No dressing needed.  So pretty clean.  then i went back for a second and third plate.  almost all clean.  questionable on the pan-fried potatoes and onions - way too salty, but not bad. steamed vegetables, clean protein, more salad, some melon.  had milk for a beverage.  so at this point it’s been clean, just too much food.  then i hit the hot fudge, peanuts, and soft serve ice cream.  okay - I used the small dish, but had two.  and i freakin’ loved it.  won’t be going back anytime soon - but this was a great meal post workout that was a well earned cheat.  i know it’s not good to eat that much and it’s not a good sign to feel so full you’re going to explode.  no excuse for that.  but i did get my $11 worth - that’s a fact!

    FargoFargo had a cheat meal… the man is human!

    Still mate, it wont kill you and they do say every once in a while a good carb overload is good for the system… you’re body wanted to eat it right? at least it means you’re diet is working pretty well!

    I’m going to see how long I can go for without cheating again.

    If you want, we could have a sportsmans bet, see who can go the longest from now with now cheats?
