body weight workout

did a body weight workout today since there was a blizzard and it shut down the interstate (thus no getting to the gym).  it was a good thing to see that i don’t have to have any equipment in order to get in some exercise.  i did a routine from Craig Ballantyne who does turbulence training and has written for Men’s Health.  it was intense and i felt real good about it.  could see kicking off a morning with a modified version of that just to get the blood moving.
